Tracing terms like “Rock” in both the Old and New Testaments, results in seeing Christ 's work in history. Sessions equip believers to actively study scripture using  Acts 17:11 as out guide.

Additionally, we produce a weekly podcast that focuses on holistic well-being, offering practical insights on stress-free work, natural health practices, and nourishing the body and mind.

Our commitment to community support is further exemplified by our OpenEars service. Life's difficulties can leave us feeling emotionally overwhelmed or directionless. We offer a free space for judgment-free venting, soul-searching and unwinding anxieties in confidence through devoted listening presence without critique. By guiding thoughtful personal reflection, our facilitators help callers elucidate inner wisdom and rediscover their path forward at their own pace through non-invasive inquiry focused on airing out frustrations, clarifying challenges and instilling peace.
